We’re Currently Hiring Therapists
We are currently seeking licensed therapists (LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LPC, LCSW) to join our team.
This position provides the opportunity to work with clients ages 5 through adulthood at our Royersford and/or West Chester locations, with opportunities for in-person and potentially virtual care.
We are especially interested in clinicians who are highly motivated, trauma-informed, and passionate about helping clients move toward healing, growth, and a life worth living.
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for clinicians who are:
- Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- Highly motivated and passionate about clinical work
- Trauma-informed in their approach
- Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Interested in collaborating with a growing team while maintaining clinical autonomy
- Committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
Specialized Training & Experience
Experience or training in any of the following areas is strongly desired:
- EMDR
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- DBT and trauma
- Drug & alcohol/substance use concerns
- Family therapy
- OCD/ERP therapy
- Grief and loss
- Eating disorders
- Play therapy

About reNEW YOU Counseling and Wellness
reNEW YOU Counseling and Wellness is a group private practice serving individuals and families throughout the community from our West Chester and Royersford/Limerick locations, as well as virtually.
Our team provides a broad range of services, including individual, couples, and family therapy; specialized trauma treatment; creative therapies; group therapy; psychological and neuropsychological testing; and medication management.
We believe that every individual has inherent purpose and meaning. Sometimes that sense of self becomes covered by life experiences, trauma, invalidation, stress, and judgment. Our work is about helping clients uncover those parts of themselves, reconnect with who they are, and move toward a life that feels meaningful.
