Sometimes life can feel like a lot. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, navigating changes, or simply wanting to better understand yourself. Maybe you’re a parent or caregiver looking for support for a child in your life. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
My approach to therapy is grounded in genuine connection, collaboration, and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I especially enjoy working with children, while also supporting teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions. I strive to meet each person where they are, using approaches that fit their age, personality, and individual needs, including play-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based, trauma-informed practices.
I also value mindfulness and the connection between our minds and bodies. I enjoy incorporating grounding, present-moment awareness, and sensory-based techniques to help clients slow down, tune into themselves, and find more balance in everyday life.
Above all, I hope therapy can be a space where you feel heard, supported, and free to grow at your own pace. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. We can start wherever you are.
