Hi! I’m Francesca, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life feels uncertain, stressful, or difficult to navigate alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically, feel heard, and begin moving toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I work with teens and adults 14+ navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, mood disorders, difficult life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem and emotional regulation. I have experience providing care in intensive outpatient settings and supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-understanding, and reconnect with what matters most to them.

Above all, I believe that people already possess the strength and resilience needed for healing, and sometimes we just need support in accessing it. I value creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and genuine human connection. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live.
