Looking for a refreshing approach to help you heal? Imagine blending evidenced based treatment with holistic and creative methods. As a board certified art therapist, certified yoga practitioner, and skilled licensed clinician I bring a blend of experience into the therapy room with you to help you feel safe, seen, and supported on your journey to healing, total wellness, and self-discovery.
I primarily serve adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, disordered eating and eating disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. I utilize a holistic and collaborative approach to fully understand each client’s needs and desires for their treatment. My clients are looking to make lasting and impactful changes in their lives to gain insight into their mental health and improve their own well-being. Clients work towards building coping and calming skills to manage symptoms, improving executive functioning, boundaries, and relationships with others and themselves.
I’ve worked with diverse client populations of all ages, genders, and sexualities as an LGBTQ-affirming clinician in a variety of acute and outpatient settings. I utilize an eclectic humanistic person-centered approach with CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, yoga/holistic practices, and art psychotherapy, depending on the individual and their needs.
With the help of a warm, non-judgmental and empathetic environment, utilizing diverse approaches and creative solutions, I believe every individual has the power to create lasting change to lead a fulfilling life. Finding the right therapist for you is key to the therapeutic process, so please feel free to reach out via email or phone with further questions.
