Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety? Stuck in OCD rituals? Caught in the middle of a family conflict? Maybe your child is struggling to manage big emotions or navigate a difficult transition. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I work with children, pre-teens, teens, and young adults navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, friendship struggles, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to what actually works for them. Together, we will focus on building emotional regulation, rebuilding confidence, deepening self-understanding, and developing coping skills that last.
I strongly believe in early intervention for children and teens. When working with younger clients, I actively involve caregivers because lasting change happens both inside and outside the therapy room.
To guide my work, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also use Brainspotting to help clients process trauma at the deepest brain and body level, often reaching experiences that traditional talk therapy alone cannot access.
Whatever you’re carrying, my goal is to help you build a life that feels steady, fulfilling, and fully yours.
