Rates
Rates vary depending on service and clinician. Rates for individual therapy range from $160-$200 per session for private pay. Family and couples counseling rates may differ. If you are using insurance your co-payment will depend on your particular coverage/plan. Please contact us to go over specifics.
Group rates range from $65-$85 depending upon the type and length of the group.
(75 min group; 90 minute group)
Psychological Assessments for ADHD/Autism vary in price. This is an out of pocket fee that we can help you submit the invoice to insurance for out of network reimbursement. Please contact us for information on pricing and to schedule your clinical assessment today!
Insurance
We accept Highmark insurance, Allied Trades, and Aetna! We also work with out of network benefits and can assist you with submission for reimbursement.
Payment
We use Simple Practice for payment collection. We accept all major credit cards and HSA as forms of payment. Please note, payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise you may be charged a $50 fee for the first missed session, $75 fee for the second missed session and $120 for any consecutive sessions.
