Therapy can be challenging, and finding someone you connect with can make all the difference. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself—without feeling like you have to filter your thoughts or have everything figured out—and where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood instability, substance use concerns, self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. My experience in higher levels of care has strengthened my ability to support clients through difficult moments while helping them build resilience and confidence moving forward.
Clients often describe me as approachable, authentic, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation with someone who is fully invested in your growth. I bring compassion, curiosity, and even humor into our sessions while also gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs using an integrative approach that draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered, trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build skills that actually fit your life, and help you move toward the person you want to be and the life you want to live.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re ready to begin or simply curious about whether we’d be a good fit, I’d be happy to connect and answer any questions you may have!
