You might be asking, “How do I restore my connection with my loved ones?” In the complex dance of relationships, maintaining harmony can sometimes feel like an insurmountable challenge. Particularly within the family unit, whether between parents and children or partners, it’s not uncommon to feel disconnected, despite your best efforts. Rekindling love, intimacy, and warmth in these relationships is within reach.
Your relationships are unique, and so the tools you will need to restore harmony in your family will be equally unique. Each member of your relationship, whether child, teen or partner/spouse will feel heard, understood, and, most importantly, accepted.
I won’t be the type of therapist you talk to without sensing progress. I ensure that our sessions have a clear structure and direction, focused on setting and achieving meaningful goals. You will find yourself sleeping better, stressing less, and moving towards a vibrant new future in your home with newfound security and trust.
I can also provide services in conversational Hindi and Urdu for the South Asian population.
