Having an eating disorder can be an isolating experience. But the truth is, many people struggle with the same things you do. In this ongoing weekly group, you will learn how to:
- identify underlying beliefs about yourself
- identify triggers to disordered eating behaviors
- reframe negative self-talk
- relate to food without fear
- recognize harmful behaviors and replace them with healthier ones
- manage anxiety around eating and negative body image
- manage depression and feelings of hopelessness
- set and maintain healthy boundaries with peers and family members
Ages: 16-25 years old
When: Wednesdays at 5pm
