I have a lot of experience working in family based therapy, higher level of care (PHP/IOP) with teens as a clinical supervisor, and in outpatient therapy. I can work with ages 8+ and have a special interest in preteen/teens and young adults. She also have experience working with individuals with high functioning autism.
I am passionate about helping teens navigate life, daily expectations, and unexpected curve balls. Teens deserve a safe, calm environment to explore and open up to their emotions, big or small. Learning how to cope, how to communicate, how to acknowledge their feelings are some things that we can work on together.
My aim is to help my clients create manageable goals, build skills, practice communication skills, and learn how to manage daily emotional setbacks.
