You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out while trying to manage the demands of daily life. Many people seek therapy during times of stress or transition, when familiar coping strategies no longer feel helpful, and there’s a desire for more balance and clarity.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions, as well as pre-teens, teens, and young adults who experience anxiety, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidenced-based care to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and sustainable coping.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling, or simply seeking support during a period of change, we will create a warm, supportive space to slow down, gain insight, and build skills to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to your life.
