You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are struggling with the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or the added complexity of substance use concerns, I am here to help. I work with individuals who have faced these difficulties either directly or through the experiences of loved ones, offering a compassionate and down-to-earth approach to healing and growth.
With a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction, I help individuals heal and grow. My approach combines compassion with strategies including grounding techniques, emotional regulation skills, self-compassion practices, and a strength-based, trauma-informed framework. Together, we’ll work toward rediscovering a meaningful and balanced life.
