Chante Jackson, MA, R-DMT is registered dance/movement therapist who believes in the mind body connection and the importance of somatic practices joined with cognitive approaches, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). While she is a registered DMT, there is never an expectation or pressure to move your body or dance within sessions.
