Rachel brings to us an extensive background working in various mental health settings such as, outpatient, schools, partial hospitalization, and residential and has provided in-home therapy. Rachel has therapy experience with individuals of all ages struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, SI, self-harm, severe mental illnesses & behavioral problems. She has a special interest in working with pre-teen, teen, and young adult clients ages 8 to 27+. She has experience and a passion for leading groups for pre-teens to address their emerging needs. Rachel takes a person-centered approach integrating evidence-based methods to individualize treatment to each client. She has a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy though uses an eclectic approach to treatment.
