With my clients, I adopt a comprehensive and culturally sensitive approach, guided by principles of non-judgment and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic journey has led me to work with clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to grief, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. I employ a multifaceted toolkit, leveraging techniques such as art therapy, meditation, compassion, and humor as valuable resources to help clients navigate their emotions, facilitate self-expression, and facilitate emotional healing.
I am an artist, therapist, and yoga practitioner with a broad spectrum of experience working with clients of diverse age groups. My professional background encompasses a wide range of therapeutic settings, from assisting incarcerated individuals to providing outpatient therapy services.
My therapeutic approaches are rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Dreamwork, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My aim is to create a warm and inclusive therapeutic space where every client feels genuinely seen, heard, and valued.
