Therapy isn’t just for people with “big problems.” Whether it is anxiety, transitions, peer conflict, negative thinking, or having issues managing day to day life I am here to help! I will not offer quick fix solutions or try to change you overnight. In order to create long lasting change I will help work with all systems in your life to ensure you have a strong support network that will help you thrive! I specialize in treating adolescents, aged 12-18. With working with adolescents I believe it is imperative to have family involvement throughout the therapy process.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe therapy is not “one size fits all” so I use an eclectic approach where I can adapt therapy to the person and their needs.
I always approach therapy with a trauma informed and person centered lens utilizing principles of CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths based theories. As an art therapist, I will use art to promote self-expression, introspection, and provide a safe outlet. Please reach out if you are interested in starting your journey of growth and healing!
