A heart for a remedy to human suffering and the realities of trauma in our world, drew me to devote my career to therapy. I have a passion for helping children, teens, young adults, parents and families understand the patterns of harm that are contributing to their suffering. I believe each individual who enters the therapy process possesses the ability to explore the roots of their suffering and begin the journey toward healing. I utilize an eclectic approach in the therapy process including my training in (e.g. eco systemic family systems, CBT, play therapy, etc.) to explore early attachments, stories of harm, the inner child, and building resilience. I am passionate about the ways adverse experiences can shape a person’s view of themselves and their world. Utilizing a holistic, strengths based and person centered approach to healing, I work with my clients to help them define the meaning of their unique life experiences and develop a stronger sense of self. I desire for my clients to relish in the possibilities of healing and wholeness that can result from the deep work of therapy. If you or your loved ones could benefit from the work of therapy, please reach out to learn more about getting started!
